This unique barbell is specifically designed for beginner lifters – male and female, young or old.

The bar can be loaded with Olympic standard plates (up to a maximum of 60kg), and its 1500mm shaft length means it can easily be racked like a regular barbell. At half the weight of a men’s barbell, this bar is a fantastic way to learn and practice your lifting movements while gaining confidence and a feel for the technique.

Featuring a black oxide bar with knurling & power lifting markings. The collars are made to IWF tolerances and are held on with Circlips, meaning no screws or Allen key rings are used. 

Please note: this is not a barbell intended for heavy lifting purposes. It is designed for technique training. If your intention is to lift heavy weights or used in cross fit sessions, please purchase the bearing models which are designed for that application.

• Please note: Using Solid Steel plates on the barbell may strip the collar ridging over time. This may result in plates feeling loose when loading / unloading the bar over time. We recommend using Rubber Coated or Poly-Urethane plates with your barbell.
